Home pick-ups apply for Gold Coast & Tweed Coast Only on extended tours of more than 2 days away.
Pickups at Villages and Gated Communities are to be at the front entrance of the Complex.
I have special dietary requirements
SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS ON EXTENDED TOURS
Please advise our staff when booking if you have any Special Dietary requirements eg. Vegetarian, Coeliac etc. and we will endeavour to assist you with your needs. Lunches and Dinners on most occasions are not a problem as most venues can prepare for this.

Lunches on most occasions are not a problem as most venues can cater for this. Although Morning Teas supplied on Day Tours do contain such things as wheat flour, eggs and dairy. You may need to bring along your own snack for these occasions. (Tea and Coffee will be supplied.)
What happens if I have to cancel my trip
EXTENDED TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
31 Days or more prior to departure date:Loss of Deposit or Administration fees will apply
15 – 30 Days prior to departure date:50% refund of total price
8 – 14 Days prior to departure date:25% refund of total price
7 Days or less – No refund available
**Some Special Conditions apply with Overseas Tours, Cruises, Concerts or Tours in Holiday times within Australia, as the agents involved require full payments months in advance.
Please read Tour Itinerary carefully as these guidelines will be imposed!
Terry’s Tours strongly recommend taking out Travel Insurance on
Extended Tours, available at your preferred Travel Agent.
DAY TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
As most of you know at Terry’s Tours we constantly strive to make your day tours as enjoyable and problem free as possible. Our tours are booked out on most occasions and we usually have large waiting lists on each tour, so it is very important for you to try and let us know if you are unable to travel. We fully understand late cancellations due to illness etc., are unavoidable and no fees will be charged in this instance but bookings made and just forgotten about will now incur a cancellation fee, an account will be sent to you by mail. Please remember to mark all tours booked on your calendar and contact the office on 07 55909380 if you need to cancel. Terry can be contacted direct on the Coach Phone on 0418 724327, only if there is a problem on the morning of the tour. We do hope you understand our predicament and let’s all work together to enjoy our days out.
What Size and Weight of suitcase can I take
IMPORTANT NOTE: Size and Weight of suitcases.
‘If you can’t comfortably manage your own suitcase
then it is probably over weight!’
We would be happier with two smaller cases than one big one.
Please consider this on your next Extended Tour.
Please remember that on some extended tours also include Air, Ship or rail travel, so we are subject to the restrictions of that individual carrier.

What is included in the Tour Price
Please read the brochure carefully, each tour description states what is included on that tour eg breakfast, lunch, dinner, entry fee. If it’s not stated on the brochure, it’s not included. If you require any clarification on any part of our Tours, please call our office.
What clothes to pack
Layering and mix n match as best you can. A rain coat/jacket helps with wind protection as well as rain
Minimise on toiletries to save on weight
I don't have a travelling Partner, can I travel alone
Yes you can, however if your require a room to yourself, these are limited on each tour and attract a single supplement charge by the accomadation establishment. You can save on this added expense by letting us know you are willing to twin share with a fellow traveller.
Day Light Saving Time
Day Light Saving Time ends about April every year. Remember we work ONLY on QUEENSLAND TIME.
Tour Club Membership
Tour Club Membership is just $15.00 per year. This now starts from January of each year. Thank you to all those members who have already paid.

Is there a toilet on the Coach
Yes, our new 5 Star Touring Coach has been built specifically with seniors in mind, paying particular attention to their comfort. Features include: toilet, on board drinking water, Italian Leather Seats and more leg room, lumbar support, large panoramic windows, with excellent viewing from every seat, and also State of the art audio-visual and climate control systems
Do I get the same seat for all of the tour
No, on extended tours you will move around the coach, you will be given a seating plan showing what seats you will be in each day of the tour.
Can I buy a Gift Voucher for my Parents next trip
Yes, Gift Vouchers are available from Terry’s Tours. Just call our office and our freindly staff will assist you.

As many of our future Tours involve Flights throughout Australia and Norfolk Island.
We PLEASE ask you to consider your mobility and health issues when flights are involved. Travelling as a group limits us to things like wheelchair assistance etc.
We do not always have the Staff to care for everyone who requires help.
Airlines also limit us to 2 assisted passengers per flight.
