Whether you are a first time visitor or a ‘repeat offender’ you will once again fall in love with this magical part of the Pacific! Lynne & Terry have put together all of what is special about Norfolk Island from its amazing Convict history to its links with that famous ‘Mutiny on the Bounty’

Day 1 Sat 13th March 2021 L,D
Early home pick ups as arranged, before making our way to Brisbane International Airport for our flight to Norfolk Island. On arrival we are taken to our home for the next six nights including a light Lunch before settling into Resort. Tonight we have a special treat and visit a local home for a fun night
with, ‘Night with the Mutineers’, we join direct descendance, John Christian and his cousin, Alison, for Dinner, a great sing-a-long and a few funny and wacky, ‘mutinous’ tales.

This morning we have an Introductory Half Day Island Tour. This is a must for all visitors as we visit Historic Kingston, Cascade, Longridge and much more. See the famous Convict Buildings, beautiful Emily Bay, the heritage listed Golf Course and the Melanesian Chapel and maybe a quick stop at the markets. This afternoon we have the Xtian Brothers Cheese Tour. We visit the local Saw Mill, see the novel way they milk their cows, some Island Honey production and get to sample the locally made Cheeses and chutneys with complimentary wine.
Tonight we have dinner at our Motel.
Day 3 Mon 15th March 2021 B,D
After breakfast we enjoy a little free time. Maybe check out a few of the shops in the quaint little village. Or you may just like to laze by the pool! This afternoon we have a great opportunity to immerse ourselves in the culture and history of this unique Island as we join the Museum Discover Tour. We visit 4 Museums that feature world class visual displays, artifacts from the 1st and 2nd settlements as well as Maritime and War memorabilia. Tonight is an Island Progressive Dinner with three courses at three different Island homes. A fun way to meet the locals and try some traditional cuisine.
Day 4 Tues 16th March 2021 B,D
After another lovely breakfast we board our Bus for the Convict Settlement Tour. Hear stories of the first and second settlements of both convicts and the military. Visit the historic cemetery, and travel along Quality Row and walk the ruins of the Gaol. Today we have a delicious Lunch in ‘Hilli’s Café’. Before visiting, the magnificent Fletcher’s Mutiny—’Cyclorama’. Walk inside this continuous 360 degree panoramic painting and feel like you are part of the scene. This spectacular 3D effect is achieved in detailed art work by two brilliant local artists. Storyboards explain the history of the Mutineers, Pitcairn Island and then their arrival on Norfolk. Tonight we have dinner at our Motel.

This morning we enjoy a leisurely Breakfast Bushwalk through Norfolk’s natural rainforest with experienced guides, followed by a yummy BBQ Cliff Top Breakfast at the Captain Cook Monument. There will be a bus for any non walkers. We have some free time this morning before we visit Hilli Goat Tours, ’The Norfolk Whey’ on a stunning cliff top at Anson Bay we meet the cheeky goats, wander the gardens and learn about local goats milk, chesses and are treated to a scrumptious Lunch with many local dishes, cheeses and home grown produce to try. Tonight we have dinner at our Motel.
Day 6 Thu 18th March 2021 B,L,D
Once again, after breakfast we have a great morning planned and this is a must see, especially for the men! We visit the Pitcairn Settlers Village. We see an original Homestead built by hand, the blacksmith’s forge that is still in working order, WWII Army Hut and Museum. We even have a ride in the original ‘Tour Bus’, a Model A Ford, still in its original condition. This is followed by a film on the history of the Island and the start of Tourism. We have a free afternoon to discover the local shopping area or just relax around the pool, before our fabulous evening enjoying the Island Fish Fry. “You haven’t tasted fish till you’ve tried Norfolk Island Fish”. While watching the sunset from Puppy’s Point on beautiful West Coast we are entertained by the talented locals with cultural Polynesian dancers and Music.
Day 7 Fri 19th March 2021 B,D
After breakfast this morning it will be our last chance to grab that special something before an early light Lunch prior to our transfer to meet our afternoon flight back to the mainland. On arrival at Brisbane Airport, we will be transferred home after a great Norfolk Island holiday
experience with Terry and Lynne!
